I am not a Muslim but I have been trying to learn about it for over a year maybe longer. i had an experience a couple of months back where i had an experience with "sleep paralysis" whereby when i saw the figure i found myself saying Bismillah 3 times and that figure backed up and disappeared, if i had to describe what i saw i think people would not believe me. Having said that, i had no control but not knowingly i automatically said Bismillah 3 times which i have never uttered before. Was this a Jinn coming for me and why did it if i am so called a "non muslim" right now?

my grand father died in 2020 now in 2024 he came in my dream i was so happy i was joyfully telling to my mother that granpa(my father's father) is back see i told you he was not dead but my granpa stays silent like he was standing with his normal behaviour and he was covering himself with a shawl and suddenly i realize he is dead and i woke up and realize the time was of tahajjud... last time i saw my grandpa was when he died i missed him so much in that dream he looked so happy enjoying the field view in front of our house and that field is there in real life too even in that dream i was so happy that i met him and he was so calm and happy it was a bit windy and the weather was a bit cloudy
